Terms of use
Draft, last updated 2026-09-01.
- The service. A control plane that lets coding agents you connect propose changes to Shopify themes on stores you are authorised to manage. Changes are staged, reviewed and published by people with the right role in your workspace, or by policy you enable.
- Your responsibilities. You must have permission to manage each store you connect. You are responsible for the changes you approve, for the store policies you enable (including trusted publishing), and for the agents and people you invite.
- Safety boundaries. The service never edits a live theme directly. Publishing keeps the previous theme for rollback. These are safeguards, not guarantees; review previews before publishing.
- Shopify. This is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify. Use is subject to Shopify's own terms for your store and for Theme Access.
- Availability and changes. The service is provided as is during this early period. We may change or discontinue features with notice where practical.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales from a published theme change. Your remedy for a bad change is rollback.
- Termination. You can disconnect stores and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or third-party stores.
